TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEFINITIONS:

  • Photographer- a person with a device designed to capture images, this includes but is not limited to film and digital cameras, cell phones and any other device designed for this purpose

  • Props and Costumes- Outfits as provided by Ivangie’s Studio and props which include any item that is worn or carried by the model, This also includes the use of all vehicles at Ivangie’s when a model either opens the doors or sits in the vehicle.

TERMS:

  • Ivangie’s does not take any responsibility for injury to any of it’s patrons nor for any damage to any of their personal belongings

  • All sessions must be booked in advance and a deposit paid prior to the booking date

  • Failure to show for a session without 24 hours notice will cost the loss of the deposit

  • Sessions may be postponed by mutual agreement for inclement weather

  • Sessions may be postponed by the client providing there is 24 hours notice given to Ivangie’s

  • Cancellations are at the sole discretion of Ivangie’s and may be grounds for loss of the deposit

  • The use of antique props and vehicles may require fees to ensure that wear and tear on on such items is covered along with cleaning and repairs.

  • Ivangie’s does not take any responsibility for photography or photographers, we are happy to suggest photographers but will not be held accountable for any issues arising from any photographer or the quality of their work, pricing or timeliness of their delivery.

  • Images taken at Ivangie’s may be used for personal use and on-line promotion for commercial purposes, unless stated on signed waiver before beginning of session. Use of images depicting Ivangie’s property or equipment for profit through the sale of prints, publishing for profit or other means of profiting from the images either by the photographer or their assigns requires a property release to be signed outlining the conditions under which the photographer or their assigns may profit and may require specialized pricing.

RULES:

  • Each Standard Session is based on 1 photographer shooting up to 6 models for non-commercial photography. The use of cell phone cameras in conjunction with another photographer is prohibited. The use multiple photographers may require that 2 sessions be paid for. If you have questions please ask a staff member.

  • Please do not touch items that are not designated props for your themed look, many of these items are very old and may be easily damaged.

  • If you wish to use items that are not part of your costume or props please ask the staff if it may be used.

  • If you move it, put it back. Clean up your discards as you go or you may receive additional changes for clean up.

  • Session time includes any additional prep time needed by the client. some extra time within reason is allowed for time taken to dress and undress from the costumes provided by Ivangie’s.

  • Selecting outfits and props must be done under the direction of Ivangie’s staff. Do not handle clothing and props without assistance.

  • Do not climb on, in, or under anything, if you wish to get a photo that requires you to do so please ask the staff to see if they can accommodate you.
